Telephone Operator

  1. To answer and connects all incoming calls courteously and professionally.
  2. Records messages, attends incoming and outgoing faxes.
  3. Records and places guests’ wake up calls.
  4. Logging and maintains a daily accurate record for all outgoing calls and faxes in accordance with the established system.

Note: Candidates with fluency in English and having experienced in customer service is a must
