Tactical Campaign Manager

Al-Futtaim Motors, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Tactical Campaign Manager for the Toyota brand to continue to drive its market position and enhance its ability to engage with the customer across multiple touchpoints both offline and online.

The ideal candidate will have strong tactical campaign planning background that will be applied to developing and implementing a tactical campaign strategy attracting customers towards experiencing the sales and aftersales journey with Toyota. The jobholder will also be responsible for maximising revenue generation and increase market share in the UAE. In addition, the candidate will be driven by her / his passion for automobiles and the brand which will translate to the innovative and disruptive thinking and ideas that the candidate brings to the table.

The jobholder will have to monitor and achieve the best ROI on the various tactical campaigns and spend in conjunction with Al Futtaim Motors’s (AFM) stake holders whilst managing the relationship with key internal and third-party agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

Propose tactical campaigns by understanding UAE market situation and competitor analysis to maximise sales revenue equation and setting up KPIs to evaluate success of the campaign.

Define a clear process to define tactical programs and schedule in advance to avoid any delay and meet stakeholders’ timeline.

Ensure countermeasures are also prepared / implemented by doing an interim review within the campaign period.

Create campaign related reports to evaluate and monitor campaign progress versus volume target daily, weekly and monthly. The reports are used to discuss any issues or supports in the regular meeting with Retail sales channel.

Build a close relationship with the Networks and support them with regular requests and frontline training, and ensuring compliance to processes and Campaigns terms and conditions

Contribute to the enhancement of the customer journey by implementing necessary system changes for a smooth transaction

Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

University Degree in Business Management / Sales & Marketing (Master’s Degree in Marketing preferred)

Minimum 8 years’ work experience in a multinational Sales & Marketing environment in leading Automotive brands or agency servicing the latter

Knowledge Al Futtaim systems and processes

Acumen and understanding of Finance programs (HP, PCP, Leasing, Interest Subsidies, etc.)

Demonstrates AFM core values (warm welcome, easy, transparent, special, personal)

Distributor and OEM experience is an advantage

Job-Specific Skills:

Has in-depth knowledge of automotive market trends and the discipline to keep constantly updated through research, market visits, etc.

Excellent analytical and financial skills with the ability to use data to build compelling business cases

Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches.

Strong decision-making skills with an eye for strategic enhancement of the business.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills to understand and address issues across multiple disciplines

Strong business acumen and proven leadership abilities engaging with individuals at all levels and across various areas of the organization.

Tactical Campaign expertise – front and back end, with an expert understanding of campaigns covering offline and online campaigns

Marketing communications skill set is an advantage
