Storekeeper Vacancy in Dubai
To manage stock by keeping a record of inventory and ordering the required replacement items.
Maintain and record in inventory database use of materials in site.
Making new product purchases as per project requirements.
Record and maintain in inventory database about the details of items received and items issued to.
Concern persons in organization.
To follow-up overall inventory management.
To ensure goods keep by first in first out method.
To ensure recording of the necessary data in ledger and computer on time.
Goods delivery schedule maintain according to delivery order qty.
Develop and implement a logistics process.
Generate Materials Received Report on a timely basis.
Receive shipments of goods and materials, check against the delivery note specifications and report any discrepancy/damage or short receipt.
Prepare stock in / out activity in store on daily basis and ensure that stock will not run out of stock.
Request for a purchase requisition to the procurement manager if the stock that are out of stock.
Candidate should have 3-4 years of relevant warehouse experience in UAE.
Should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good communication Skills.
