About the Role
This role will be a part of the Shared Services Finance department reporting to the Finance Manager and will be based at our office in Al Rigga.
Review & post monthly closing entries for the entire health careGroup (UAE) including, interest cost, provisions and accruals, roll-over and hospitality companies’ conversion & upload of monthly B/S & P/l movements in SAP and prepare reconciliations
Review & guide preparation of monthly GL Schedules for health care Group (UAE).
Monthly review of GL schedules and taking corrective action where required. Highlight matters requiring management intervention.
Prepare ad hoc report that would come from DFC either periodical or irregular in nature ( E.g.: interest cost breakdown, GL code rectification, Analysis of elements of Group (UAE) financials, clearing of ICM settlements ,etc… )
Prepare finance cost summary with analysis on monthly basis.
Review bank reconciliation statements on monthly basis and highlight outstanding issues.
Vendor creation for HO & Property group companies.
Support in driving process improvements in design and implementation phase
Contribute in defining process improvements.
Handling external/internal audit (interim/final) of health care Group (UAE) – Coordination with auditors, preparing the financials, notes to accounts & providing/organizing schedules as per their requirement.
Upload budgets, LE. forecasts uploads for Property Group (UAE) –SAP & BPC.
BPC consolidation for half-yearly and final accounts for health care Group.
Verify and post ICM entries in system in absence of an ICM Accountant.
Participate in adoption of new accounting standards (IAS/IFRS), attend trainings, prepare files and analyse impact on DFC Group.
Support DFC in budget preparation through providing required information.
Identify areas of process/system improvements & implementation of the same.
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: Profession qualification from Accounting, CA
Minimum Experience: 5 years in Finance including commercial &/or operation support
Job-Specific Skills: SAP FICO Module and BPC would be preferred
