  2. Recording and reporting quality problems.
  3. Attending phone calls both incoming and outgoing and to record them.
  4. Distributing and sending faxes both incoming and outgoing.
  5. Correspondence and emails
  6. To be polite and respectable with customer and visitors.
  7. Administrating office maintenance.
  8. Other responsibilities given by staff
  9. Sending meetings agenda/ notices when required.
  10. Minutes of meetings, when required
  11. Entertaining visitors
  12. Controlling of pantry and stationery inventory.
  13. Getting quotation for various suppliers.
  14. Supplier feedback
  15. Checking with production department for necessary customers order schedule.
  16. Contacts and co-ordination with customers.
  17. Preparing quotations and necessarily follow up.
  18. Follow up for payments
  19. Customer feedback and complaints
  20. Recording inquiries and sales orders etc daily.
  21. Follow up with production department for necessary order delivery schedules.
