Receptionist / Front Office Executive (female)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To identify visitor’s purpose and direct them to appropriate office or personal. Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies. To manage agendas, travel arrangements, events, appointments for the upper management. Filing and updating contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners.
The candidate should be a graduate in secretarial or related field. Should be with a dynamic personality to handle guests and visitors. Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written. Knowledge of computers and typing skills. The candidates with spoken Arabic knowledge is an advantage. Only female applicants with 1-2 years experience in the same role required to apply.
Must be extremely fast in solving problems in creative ways. Exceptional time management skills.
