Job Title: Property Sales Consultant
Reports to: Director – Residential & Commercial Property Management
Department: Residential & Commercial Management
Location: AFGRE Management Offices, Dubai, UAE
The primary objective of the Residential Sales Consultant is to maximise the Asset value of the Residential property portfolio by determining the most rewarding strategy to ensure best value is generated and that each and every customer that deals with our business obtains the very best level of honesty, trust and professionalism at all times during and post transaction.
Achieve and exceed the sales target set by the management on a monthly basis
Keep direct contact with key customers to ensure high level of service is provided
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services offering, market intelligence, industry trends and completion in their assigned territory
Map customer needs to product offering and position company products and services with compelling proposition (ROI) with a consultative approach.
Awareness of policies concerning product programme, sales channels, pricing, sales promotion, stock levels, payment plans, as well as changes in these policies whenever this is deemed desirable.
Representing the company in the most professional manner at all times.
Reporting to the Residential Sales Manager, the role of the Residential Property Consultant is to be dynamic, energetic and determined to get the best results for the company at all times. Identifying new marketing angles, opening up the product to new target markets and a thorough understanding of the industry, its trends and understanding the performance indicators ahead of the game.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: RERA registered Broker for 4+ years, Degree qualified
Minimum Experience: 5 years in property sales – preferably in the region
At least 3 years’ experience in the MENA region
Customer focused; Strong negotiation skills
Dynamic personality, fluent Arabic speaker, command of English and confident, analytical and motivated to deliver at all times.
