You will undertake administrative tasks and ensure that the rest of the sales staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

Your role will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities. You will also cover up effective bookkeeping and constant support of sales activities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee all office activities.

Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and monitoring accounts receivables in a proper manner regularly.

Checking data accuracy in orders and invoices, maintaining error free documentations.

Establishing beneficial relationships with suppliers and building a robust network.

Supports sales operations by keeping track of ongoing delivery tasks and logistics.

Update databases and records for financial information and transparency to all team members.

Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence and more.

Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or a bachelors degree in business, administration, or a related field.

1 Or 2 years office administration experience.

Language: Fluent Written and Verbal English (Hindi or Arabic is a plus)

Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills.

Effective problem solving and creative thinking.

Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone.

A team player with high level of dedication.

Ability to work under strict deadlines

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
