Human Resources Assistant Payroll Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for candidates interested and qualified for the position as Human Resources /Payroll Assistant.

Duties/Responsibilities:

*Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

*Assists manager on hiring processes, interviews.

*Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.

*Performs periodic audits of Human Resources files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.

*Provides clerical support to the Human Resources department.

*Assist with Human Resources payroll functions.

Required Skills/Abilities:

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

*Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations y.

*Should have knowledge on Payroll process and human resource functions.

Education and experience:

*Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or any related field required.
