HR Recruitment Executive for immediate hiring with the following requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential)
1-2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter (essential).
To manage the recruitment process both domestic and overseas to ensure qualified employees to meet our client’s current and future needs
To Update current and design new recruiting procedures for effective hiring
To Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
To Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting, sourcing by social media and Boolean searches).
*Coordinate with Business Development / Operations Managers / Department managers to forecast hiring needs and close it in effecting and timely manner. *
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations time to time.
Participate in job fairs and career events to increase the candidate database.
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using groups and job sites etc over social media
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
Providing recruitment reports to team managers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS If interested,
