JOB PURPOSE:

Perform all duties of Warehouse Assistant as needed.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Ensuring all goods inflow are carried out as per company policy, systems and procedures
  • Assisting in the unloading and checking of goods if it is counted accurately
  • Checking the goods for damages and highlighting them to the person in charge
  • Moving the goods to the correct location to be ready for stocking, customer collection/reservation
  • Collecting customer returns from the customer refund counter and return to warehouse
  • Ensuring all goods that are not of sound quality are taken care of as per the company systems and procedures
  • Ensuring all items are correctly handled and stocked so as to maintain items in good condition

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: High School Diploma or Equivalent

Minimum Experience: 1-3 years experience supervisory skills with a distribution or manufacturing environment

Job-Specific Skills: Excellent written and verbal English .Must have an understanding of all WMS functions and how they relate to operational procedures including receiving, order processing, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, and reverse logistics.
