We are looking for skilled young professionals who are willing to undergo a Management Training in the Food & Beverage Department at a 5-star luxury Host Company in Dubai, UAE!
JOB DETAILS:
Position: F&B Department Management Trainee
Program: Management Training Asia
Host: 5-star luxury hotel
Destination: Dubai, the United Arab Emirates (UAE)
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– able to work in all areas of Food & Beverage Service operations including Bar, Restaurant, Room Service, Sommelier, Conference & Events
– manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
– maintain high levels of internal and external customer service according to company standards; identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
– assist in designing menus, purchasing goods, and making necessary improvements
– assist in leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, and appraising personnel
– maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while on duty
– other related duties under the supervision of training managers/supervisors
Requirements
– 12-month related work and/or internship experience (minimum)
– enrolled student (senior year for a Bachelor’s Degree, Post- Graduate Degree, Master’s Degree) ‘OR’ recently graduated student within 24-month of graduation (accepted major of study [not limited to]: hospitality & hotel management, business management, marketing, international business, restaurant management)
– at least 22 years old
– college/university endorsement required
– fluent in English
– language requirement: Italian, French, German, Spanish, Swedish, or Chinese

Accommodation
