Facilities Manager – Hard Services

JOB PURPOSE:

To assume responsibility for and ensure the efficient operation of all Engineering services and overall all MEP service provider contract management, ensuring that all assets are maintained well and various facilities management / operational costs are budgeted annually for Doha Festival City Mall

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Hard Service Management: Responsible for managing and handling FM contracts through HMAF as main contractor, the contracts are not limited to the following;

“Elevators & Escalators,BMS,CCTV / TETRA,Firefighting / Fire Alarm ,Vehicle Management System ,Tray Washing Machines ,Way Finding Solutions ,GASCO,Ground Water measurement ,BTU Metering / AFM System / ELV Maintenance, Spare Parts Management”

Your day to day responsibilites include below but wil not be limited to:

Spare Parts Management

Supply Chain Management

Asset Management

Service Standards

Emergency and Crisis Management

Event Management

Co-ordination with Local Authorities, Coordination with Tenants, Coordination with Elan

Energy Management

Standard of Tenants Premises

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:  Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, possesses strong leadership, good communication skills and Hands-on Experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations.University Graduate in any discipline preferred Bilingual (English and Arabic speaking skills desirable)

Minimum Experience: Minimum 8 years’ experience, out of which at least 5 years in GCC in well reputed large MEP Companies or preferably in a shopping mall.
