Customer Service / Call agent will maintain complex spreadsheets and databases that support the operative reporting for Customer Service Operations.
Maintains databases, reporting history, dashboards and provides analysis of operational and historic data.
Develops and maintains data source files and Excel spreadsheets.
Develops and monitors processes related to customer experience across all conventional channels.
Review, analyze and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Determine operational objectives by studying business functions and gathering information.
Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems.
Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
Improve systems by studying current practices; designing modifications.
Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information to meet business needs.
Interpret, evaluate and interrelate research data and develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.
Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team to improve business efficiency.
Suggest changes to senior management using analytics to support your recommendations. Actively participate in the implementation of approved changes.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
Must be able to perform duties with moderate to low supervision.
Timeline and accuracy of reports to be maintained all the time.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times and responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
