Counter Sales & Service Dispatch Delivery for Restaurant

Job Description:

  • Conducting day to day operational activities involving selling items at the counter, handle walk-in customers, manage online order via Zomato, Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem and Website.
  • Packing, Billing, Order taking, Attending phone calls, Delivering customer service, Dispatching deliveries, and performing all the requisite chores of the shop
  • Accepting Orders for outside catering, functions, set menu lunch and dinner for parties and events. Should possess strong attention to details and interpersonal skills to be able to up-sell and successfully convert enquiries to confirmed orders.
  • Other operational aspects of the role include cashiering, inventory, receiving material from suppliers, daily reporting, coordinating with Kitchen for production of orders and maintain a full counter display. Basically, all Front of house operations of the retail shop
  • Candidate should have excellent communication skills in English language (spoken & written)
  • Should have a pleasing, friendly and approachable personality with very high levels of customer service skills
  • Should be able to multi-task and work under pressure with minimum super-vision and high levels of integrity, sincerity and commitment
  • Should be willing go the extra mile to provide excellent customer services and be a flexible team player
