Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate services.
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Set up Interviews for clients.
There would be (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales targets.
Proven Recruitment experience in UAE. Track record of over-achieving targets.
Familiarity with different recruitment and Head hunting techniques and pipeline management Computer use competency.
Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Self motivated and driven.
BA/BS degree or equivalent
