Job Description
– Manage the day to day running of the boutique
– Responsible for the front and back of store operations
– Ensure all KPIS and sales are inline with brand expectations
– Motive and engage a team of 6 Beauty Adviser’s
– Manage all VIP clients
The Successful Applicant
– 5+ Years in a management position for a luxury brand
– Experience OR a good level of knowledge of the Fragrance and Beauty industry
– Client oriented approach
– Commercially minded
– Excellent presentation and communication skills
