Admin Secretary Vacancy in Dubai

We are looking for a responsible Admin / Secretary to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our manager and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls.

Monitor all the incoming emails and assure to reply on time.

Write and distribute emails, correspondences, memos, faxes, and forms.

Develop and maintain a strong filing system so they remain updated and easily accessible.

Make quotations, LPO’s, invoices, delivery notes, receipt vouchers, payment vouchers, etc.

Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.

Maintain clean contact lists.

Report and assist the manager and staff as needed.

Organize and schedule appointments.

Book travel arrangements.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of related experience.

Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.

Preferably with knowledge of Tally software.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be multi-tasking and flexible to work under pressure.
