Accountant And Admin Vacancy in Dubai
Looking for an Accountant / Admin Assistant. Must be Female from Philippines.
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Reconcile account balances: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash Accounts.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. VAT experience is a must.
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Prepare the necessary financial reports: Cash Flow, Income Statement, Cash Disbursement, and Summary of Receivables/ Payables.
- Distribute customer invoices online
- Organize the company’s papers, documents, and all HR and Admin tasks
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Technical skills – Analyzing/ Preparing Financial Statements, preparation of tax reports
- Administrative skills include – Report generation and filing/organizing
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures. Understanding of the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or IFRS standards is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software. Sage 50 (Peachtree) is a plus but not necessary.
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
- Very organized
